I got an email from Diane of Diane's Market Kitchen, the urban cooking school. She is looking for an intern to do all kinds of tasks such as marketing and even help out with the cooking classes.

People are always asking me how I got started with cooking and I have to say cooking classes were one of the major steps I took to expand my horizons in the food world.
I also volunteered at many food events which gave me the chance to meet people from the food industry.
