The classes are the best part, the ability to truly try great cheeses is tough with the crowds. Yes there are c...Oh *swoon* I love the Cheese Fest! Yes there are crowds, strollers, and pushy sample-hording freaks, but it's worth it. Last year, I think I had to give up after about 40 samples. So. Much. Cheese. But there are so many stinky, oozy, sharp, and local cheeses to try -- and many are sold for a bargain. It only costs a buck, so why not go?Eat. Eat. Eat.
